Birmingham Speedway are proud to announce that BRC Industrial Roofing will again be the main Team Title Sponsor for the 2010 season.
Based in Merchants Park, Aldridge, BRC Roofing are one of the biggest industrial roofing companies in the UK. Operating from four offices, they provide nationwide coverage through-out the country.
BRC Roofing are now into their fourth successive year of Speedway sponsorship with Birmingham. They originally sponsored the Birmingham Bulls, the Brummies academy side in 2007. In 2008, they assumed the main sponsorship of the club and have continued since, despite their industry sector being badly hit by the recession.
The company also sponsored the first ever live Sky TV meeting at Birmingham in May 2007. In addition, they have supported other events, including the highly popular end of season Presentation Party.
Across a range of sponsorships, BRC Roofing have provided tremendous and ongoing support to Birmingham Speedway. They now rate as one of the major club sponsors in the whole of British Speedway. The company, on behalf of Birmingham Speedway, has also been instrumental in forging the charity link the club enjoys with the Birmingham Children's Hospital.
BRC Roofing is owned by the husband and wife pairing of Kevin and Julie Taylor, both of whom attend virtually every Brummies home match. Kevin also regularly follows the Brummies to away matches and keenly follows Football. Julie, like Kevin, does fantastic work for charity and often competes in charity fun runs.
Supporting Kevin and Julie at BRC Roofing, is the immensely likable Glenn Curley. He is the Sales Manager and company Public Relations guru. Glenn is a keen photographer. Glenn, too, also contributes back to society by undertaking various cycling sponsored events for several good causes.
